Goes under contract day 5? 25 saved days × $100 = $2,500. Doesn't sell in 30 days? You owe $0 and we pull the listing. No upfront fee, no minimum, no cap.
We can't track which buyer source produced a specific contract. We're charging for the acceleration — the days saved during the Launch window — not for a specific lead. If the home goes under contract during Launch, the fee applies regardless of source. We're betting our pricing on the lift, not on lead attribution.
