7. Tour Scheduling

Tour requests submitted through Novo Homes AI are forwarded to the relevant builder or community on your behalf. We do not guarantee tour confirmation, availability, or any specific outcome. Novo Homes AI is not a party to any agreement between you and a builder.

8. AI Assistant

Our AI chat assistant is powered by Anthropic Claude, a third-party AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC. When you use the chat feature, your messages, conversation history, and saved preferences (such as budget, preferred cities, and tour history) may be sent to Anthropic to generate responses. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only, may contain errors or outdated information, and should not be relied upon as real estate or financial advice. Always consult a licensed real estate professional.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Novo Homes AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Novo Homes AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our service without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Novo Homes AI may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
