I love my MI Home! Construction was almost perfect but when it wasn't, my customer service/warranty rep Jessica Hooper, made it perfect! She is very friendly and very responsive. I always received a response within 15 minutes and her follow up was always impeccable. She is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. If this is the kind of employee that MI Homes hires, they will always have my business!

I had a great experience working with M/l Homes and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that truly listens and cares about their clients. Mario Miranda took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things were done right which I appreciated as a customer. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience with M/I Homes. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and supportive approach made the entire process smooth and positive. I had a great experience working with Mario at M/I Homes. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Mario was extremely responsive and proactive, which made the entire experience stress-free. He stayed on top of details, followed through on everything he said he would, and made sure timelines were met. It was clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency. I recently purchased my first home in The Preserves neighborhood in Justin, and i had the MOST amazing and comfortable experience with M/I Homes. The process was so smooth and easy, I cannot recommend them enough. I did have a couple of small cosmetic things arise after move in and I reached out to the warranty team and received the most relieving service. Jessica Hooper reached out within 24 hours and was able to alleviate my concerns and had someone out to assist and rectify my issues immediately. She followed up after to assure my satisfaction, and has been such a bright light in such a crazy time as a first time buyer. I am so glad to have found my first home in this neighborhood with the most incredible people!

Working with the MI Homes team led to a very smooth closing experience. The sales agent, Vina, was incredibly informative and patient while guiding my clients to the best home for their needs. Joseph and the lending team were timely, responsive, and communicative throughout the process—exactly what you want in a lender. The Construction Manager, Brian, was amazing. He clearly takes pride in his work and did a great job explaining everything while accommodating our quick timeline. MI Title escrow officer Inga, did an excellent job keeping everything organized and moving forward seamlessly. We truly appreciate everyone who played a role in this transaction. Mobberly Farms is a wonderful community, and the quality of MI Homes really stands out. Highly recommend!
