I always received a response within 15 minutes and her follow up was always impeccable. She is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. I recently purchased my first home in The Preserves neighborhood in Justin, and i had the MOST amazing and comfortable experience with M/I Homes. The process was so smooth and easy, I cannot recommend them enough. I did have a couple of small cosmetic things arise after move in and I reached out to the warranty team and received the most relieving service. Jessica Hooper reached out within 24 hours and was able to alleviate my concerns and had someone out to assist and rectify my issues immediately.
