I was incredibly pleased with the service I received from View Homes throughout my process of purchasing a home. They kept me informed throughout the process, were always responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth closing date. The office staff continues to demonstrate exceptional professionalism. From the initial walk-through to the final walk-through, Sergio made sure the house was ready for move in. Too bad your real life response isn't as good as your social media. I sent email NO response. I called the number. The person answered "view homes" no name. Then he reads his set statements and gets mad when i asked questions. He hung up on me. I called again and asked for his boss. He said he is "regional manager". Again, refusing to give me his name. Even better he said if I call back that is harassment and he will report me. You did a poor job and did not put my roof on correctly. I have had 3 different inspections and they all same the same thing. The only good news for me is that my roof is not as bad as my neighbors. Are you going to step up or just keep posting on social media to look good? The customer service after you buy the house is horrible. I tried to talk to regional manager and he hung up on me. I asked for his boss and he refused to answer my question I asked his name and he refused to tell me who i was talking with. Kept saying i am regional manager. Then he said if I call back he would report me to the authorities. They only guarantee workmanship for 1 year because your roof will fall apart if a good wind blows. I have owned 5 house in two states, two of them brand new and was never treated so poorly by any of the builders. Buyer be ware.

We purchased a view home 4 years ago! We are so frustrated with the construction on all the roofs in our subdivision. Winds were lifting up shingles flying off several homes! So ridiculous you pay for a home and expect roofs to be put on correctly !!! We had our insurance and several roofers look at our roof and being told not done correctly .. bad bad ! Contacted view homes to be told we only cover up to one year!!! Wow even knowing poor construction being done on these homes!!! Dealing with your customer service been a nightmare. So unprofessional and no help to even care about the issue. I will never recommend a view home to anyone. Run away dont do it you be stuck with a money pit!!! Good builder would rectify the problem. Nope not view homes !!!! Very dissatisfied. No don’t I don’t want your customer service number unprofessional do nothing.

First and and foremost, this home buying experience was soooo much smoother than my first. Barely a month back from deployment and Enrique helped me get under contract on my home. He always worked with my schedule and was all communicative and there to assist. The materials and build of the home says how much pride View Homes has in their homes. Thank you again Enrique!
