Was a great experience working with Rochelle W. and Matt A. Communication was clean and understood and willing to work with first time home buyers that fell in love with a home on a first and last walkthough of framing only. Being out of state they were prompt and worked through Finances and Questions in good faith. During construction they kept tabs mostly accurate but as a project manager I understand the daily struggles of juggling. I could not expect any better support from the builder even when using a third party inspector and local realtor. Since moving in they continue communication and are prompt in responses and follow ups even when we are busy settling in. Overall I would have nothing negative to say to a friend looking to move from out of state. UnionMain offered a few key details others in the area just couldnt compare to on design.
