I have been a homeowner with Taylor Morrison for six months, and I am happy to share my official review. I love it 🥳!!!! The neighbors are welcoming, and the community environment is wonderful, but the true highlight has been working with Peter Hoffman. From the beginning, Peter was welcoming, professional, and supportive of me and my family. He demonstrated exceptional patience throughout the entire home-buying process and took the time to answer all of our questions. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable in our new home. Peter made a lasting impression on my family—my three children still remember him and ask about him when we walk around the neighborhood. In addition, the entire Taylor Morrison staff has been extremely helpful during these past months. I couldn't ask for a better home for me and my family.

My fiancé and I bought our home in the River Ridge community in Crandall, and working with Peter was hands-down the best part of the process. He was responsive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step, helped us navigate decisions confidently, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness the way he does. We recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

During the time I was buying my house, I was genuinely impressed with how well Peter Hofmann managed everything and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Although our buying process had its challenges (none of which were Peter’s fault), he consistently showed professionalism and patience every step of the way. What stood out most was how Peter handled situations that he didn’t even have to get involved in—proving he truly understands the value of great customer service. He sets the standard high by being transparent, dependable, and always looking for ways to improve. His friendly approach never felt forced—it came across as genuine and sincere. I really appreciate how on top of everything he was and how much he cared about making the experience smooth for us. Thanks to Peter, the River Ridge community truly feels like home.

We've been in our home for 5 months now and can STILL reach out to him or any of the Taylor Morrison family if need be. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience...and you will too!
