Richard Gore and Southgate did basically everything we asked and delivered excellent, friendly service throughout multiple repair and warranty requests (some more involved than others). Overall we are extremely satisfied with the post-purchase service follow ups. Richard was very accommodating for us when I was unable to coordinate repair service appointments during the week due to my work schedule, he adapted and started communicating with my wife. He was also extremely quick to respond and proffer remedies to a particularly challenging warranty requests in our kitchen. I had a question and within the hour he showed up on my doorstep with the trade manager to help!
