Model homes are plentiful and well designed. Make sure to take your buyer agent with you the very first time if you want to get them paid! It would be very helpful to have some idea of the upgrades in each model.

The sales office staff was amazing! So welcoming and so friendly! Linda was great and a wealth of information. This community is beautiful. It has so many wonderful amenities and conveniences and is located near lots of great shopping.

Went to visit the sales office with a friend today. She was interested in building a home here, but with the pandemic in the past and construction lumber and parts being so far behind in order, the current wait time is about a year and a half at this moment. Unfortunately that is too long to wait for my friend. I hadn’t been out to this community in over 15 years, wow it’s grown and is just as beautiful as ever. I was very impressed to hear that the name had been altered to be an adult community for age 40+, which you rarely find anywhere. If I was in the market myself to build, this would be a place I would go! Who knows maybe one day I’ll find myself there.

Amazing community! Great models to choose from with great floor plans ranging from less than 1,500 sq. ft. to almost 3,000 sq. feet. Something for everyone. Sales team is friendly. Work with Tall Bill - he is friendly, more than willing to answer questions and not pushy. He has lived there since the community opened. So, he knows everything. The community is great! Nice 18-hole golf course, with 9 more holes being added soon. Great fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, indoor Olympic size pool and outdoor pool, hundreds of clubs, craft rooms, etc. If you can't find something you love here, you aren't really looking! My wife and I visited several other active adult communities before choosing Robson Ranch. The homes are top quality, the community is secure and well organized and the prices beat those in Arizona, Florida and most of Texas. You can't go wrong with Robson Ranch! Come join the fun!
