I had a wonderful experience working with Alexis D'Hondt and Richmond American Homes. I am a realtor who was representing an out of state buyer and I was very happy with the service the Builder, Finance department and Alexis provided. It was a smooth and quick closing and I was delighted with how they treat veterans. We were able to obtain my buyer a 3.99% interest rate by working with the builder's finance department. The workmanship on the home was of excellent quality and the builder was quick in addressing our requested repairs. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I'll definitely keep Richmond American Homes as one of my favorite builders and Alexis D'Hondt as one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with.

The developers are not taking care of the property. As a home owner I'm having to get legal help to get what they promised when I bought the house 2 years ago. Avoid this if you can.
