Foundation problems !!!! Do not buy a Pulte home !!!I moved in and closed on my home in Princeton TX , November 2024 . I have brought these problems up to customer service ( my one year warranty representative ) along with her boss my concerns with my home . They continue to say everything is fine and they can come and repatch all the dry wall that has shifted . Please note that I have had them already come out once before to caulk and paint . That was months ago , now I have cracks throughout my whole home along with many doors that no longer close. They have done came out so “checked my foundation “ with the ziplevel , he stated everything is fine and I do not have and stair step cracks I said but I do and showed him and he stated we can patch those up as well . Note the ziplevel was last serviced in 2021 and also has a cord code that continues to pop up !!

I recently bought a home from Pulte Haslet Wellignton and I am completely satisfied. My construction manager Terry provided timely updates kept me informed of every stage and overall very satisfied. Customer service of Pulte is amazing. Lowes bought in a defective dryer and Austin (another construction manager) went out of his way to repair it so I would be able to do my washing. Thanks Pulte for my beautiful home 😂😁

We moved into our newly built home by Pulte/Centex two years ago and have been extreme pleased with this builder. From the beginning process to the end, we met such great sales staff, mortgage closers, project managers and sub-contractors! We are so blessed to come across a builder who could provide exactly what we wanted with an exceptionally small punch list! The team has been very responsive and supportive of any concerns we had when we first moved into our newly built home and we would consider this builder again as they are affordable as well. We pray this is our final home and we are super duper pleased with it! I thank God everyday for finding them and telling others about them! Our friends have moved into the neighborhood and I hope they too feel the same! Thank you! Gracias, Merci!
