If we could give a 10 star review we would. We had a horrific event with our 65 year old bathroom cast-iron plumbing. The floor was covered in half an inch of you know what! All of the sheet-rock from the vanity hallway and into the bathroom was mitigated at 20 inches high. The Old South Construction team was the most professional crew we have ever seen and right down to every detail. They even saved our precious 1959 original to the house Toothbrush Barn which made us very happy indeed. Also Katie the coordinator and Ashtyn in billing were so patient with us old folks. And William and Rachel - the owners let us know they would help in any way the could. They even give a full year warranty on labor! That’s icing on the cake !

We had a major reno on our home that started with a slab leak. This reno took 4 1/2 months, and we thank our lucky stars we got Old South Construction to help us. From the demo to laying tile, painting, refurbishing and refinishing cabinets to new kitchen countertops, backsplash, laundry room and dry bar areas, this required an incredible amount of work and extensive coordination, expertise, and patience. In Feb-Mar 2025, my mother's home had a massive water leak in the primary bathroom that caused extensive water damage throughout the house, turning into an unexpected, major restoration project. Her insurance company (Travelers) recommended Old South Construction, and after seeing many positive reviews, we made the best decision by hiring them. Katie/Katelyn, Ashtyn, Rachel, and Will were all phenomenal. Their constant communication and reassurance regarding project timeline, material selections, and collaborating with her insurance adjuster made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. From the construction crew to the front office, everyone single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and respectful. The end result of my mom's home turned out INCREDIBLE. The level of care and attention to detail they put into the work, as if it were their own home, is unmatched by any construction company we've worked with before. We could not have asked for a better outcome. My sister was impressed after constantly hearing us praise about this experience, she ended up hiring them for her own kitchen remodel just a month later. I will absolutely be reaching out to Old South Construction again in the future regarding my own home remodel in the future :)
