Normandy Homes

We’ve had a really good experience with Normandy Homes and the warranty team. We’ve been in our house for a little over a year now, and the support has been great. I specifically want to give a huge shout-out to Chris Rojas. He really went out of his way to make sure any questions or fixes were handled quickly. He’s super communicative, always kept us in the loop and made sure we were taken care of. If you want a builder that actually cares about their work, Normandy is a solid choice.

Overall Satisfaction: Awesome experience until I moved into home. But after that, once I connected to warranty team, they are nonsense. How you can support, if you don't even know what is installed in the home? Their main focus is just close the request somehow without satisfying customer's ask. They don't even reply after their first incomplete response. I have told this all my friends who were thinking Normandy is the brand but nope and would keep spreading until you guys solve my issues. Warranty team don't know what is deadlock brand/model, they don't know whether we have surge protector installed. Biggest issue is drainage system around home. After moving here, two thunderstorms has appeared with heavy rain. And I see major loss of soil/dirt all around house. Under fence, where there was not gap, now I see gap everywhere because of that. Even, there is big gap under front driveway that is major workmanship issue. And warranty team is only worried about whether water is not moving!!! So stupids. Customer Care/Service Experience: I didn't like anything with your warranty team. They don't even know what they are doing. How you can support warranty requests tickets if you yourself don't know what is installed in home. Even you don't know then you should know how to receive that information. There also, they are missing. So disappointing.

Highly recommend purchasing in this community! The builder has amazing post purchase customer service reps especially Jared. This guy came to my home today to inspect a leaky toilet and pointed out other things that I didn't even know were problems. Not only that but he filed tickets with the builder on my behalf. Wow this is just 5 star customer service!!

We had an excellent experience with Normandy Homes. Their designs are modern, functional, and feel truly elevated compared to many builders in the area. Beyond the product itself, what really sets Normandy apart is the strength of their team. Renee Painter is an outstanding salesperson. She was patient, transparent, and consistently helpful, guiding us through the entire process with care and expertise. Our construction project manager, Garrett Esparza, was equally impressive, friendly, communicative, and proactive in addressing questions throughout the build. Even after closing, the warranty team remained responsive and supportive. It’s clear that Normandy invests in people who take pride in their work, and that makes a noticeable difference in the overall homebuilding experience. We’re very happy with our home and grateful for the team that helped bring it to life.
