Poor/no response from builder & warranty. Update 1. I emailed that email address before leaving the review and again after the review as requested. Update 8.07. Still dealing with the warranty request. Just jerking us around stating repair person will be there next day. And no show, no call, no response Update on 1.20.26 Still no resolution. The few fixes they did have all come undone. Drum from this builder

Obviously all of the 5 star reviews are paid for, they all seem to say the same thing. I can tell you all of them are a lie because I live in a Megatel home and have had an active leak for a year and they have YET to approve the repairs for a vent pipe that they placed in a wrong location. Our home windows leak when it rains and of course, they can’t fix two things at a time so I guess we’ll wait another year.

Cracks cracks cracks. Brand new home purchased 6 months ago and everyday I find something wrong. The warranty people stop answering my calls. Beware do not purchase these homes. DO not I should have known when I see them building a whole block in a month. I wish they had lemon laws for homes.

I would just like to share the current conditions that I’m having to deal with while being a home owner with Megatel. This is the state of my backyard that has been reported since August 2021. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and ability to fix the problem that has led to an useable yard. And this is just one of the many problems we have reported that are still not fixed. I’ve been told that they have over 100 tickets that have the same problem and they’ve pushed me to the top? So just highlighted that my house is not the only one that is having similar issues. I would not recommend building with this builder and we wish we could go back and place our trust with someone else. ** My neighbors also had the same problem that they would not fix and just placed sod down. They ended up having to place turf in their backyard to fix the problem.
