We lived in Northern Nevada and began our house search 18 months ago. Looking for a newly built home, we chose Lillian due to the quality of construction and what we felt were upgrades over what we had seen with other builders. From the start, Kelly was fantastic, working with Jessica, our realtor, ensuring we could find our perfect new home. As we lived out of state, this was no easy task, but Kelly and her team were up for the challenge and once we purchased our home, Alberto was great in conducting Face Time walkthroughs and inspections leading up to the closing of escrow. I cant say enough about how please we are with Lillian Homes. Matt really did help our dreams come true. He is very kind and thoughtful and answered all the questions we had along the way of buying our first house. He went above and beyond trying to help make our dreams come true. From encouraging words to getting flowers replaced to checking up on contractors it made every step feel like he was walking right beside us the whole way.
