We stopped at an open house January 3rd and closed on our new home January 23rd. Brian, Lily, Ann, and several others expedited us through the system (including a VA Loan). Outstanding. Our only complaint is the garage door has never worked with anything except the wall buttun inside the garage.

Overall, my experience purchasing a home from Lennar was good. The buying process was straightforward, and the sales team was professional and helpful during the contract and closing stages. The home has a modern layout and finishes, which we really like. As with most new construction homes, there were a few minor issues after move-in, but the warranty team worked in a reasonable amount of time to address them. I would recommend that buyers take their time during the final walkthrough to make sure any small items are noted.
