Homeowner Reviews
Our home has been awesome and quiet. As of now, only one issue. Turned on the oven to bake Chicken the other day and it through the breaker in the Electrical panel outside while trying to preheat. I didn't notice till 20 minutes later that the entire stove and oven was off. Turned the breaker back on and the oven to preheat then it tripped again. Legend homes warranty department was quick to respond and will have an electrician come out soon to find the problem. Other than that, everything seems OK. We brought in our own inspector before closing earlier this month and he caught most things. So everything seems to be fine other than the oven not staying on. Will definitely need this fixed soon though. Especially since the Holidays are quickly approaching. Everyone needs their oven. That said, so far, we're happy our purchase and are focused on upgrades other than things going wrong with our home. Thats a good thing. Even Luxury $500,000 + homes can have issues. I know because my Cousin bought a home in Cypress, TX. Bridgland. Her home hand a tablet full of problems. Lol. Not funny but. Builders arent 100% perfect all the time . On Jesus. Use your own inspectors and rely on your warranty outside of that. But Thankyou Legend for building a solid home 🏡 ❤️

Extremely Disappointed with Legend Homes – Poor Construction and No Accountability I’m very disappointed in the experience I’ve had with Legend Homes. When I bought my home, I expected it to be built to basic standards of quality and safety. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. The finishing on my roof was either improperly installed or completely left unfinished by the builder. Because of this negligence, my home has now developed mold—something that could have been entirely prevented if the roof had been constructed properly in the first place. When I reached out to Legend Homes to report the issue, their only response was that I’m “out of warranty.” That’s it. No accountability, no concern, and no help offered—even though this is clearly a result of poor workmanship, not normal wear and tear. A roof issue that leads to mold is a major structural problem, not a cosmetic one. Now I’m stuck dealing with costly mold remediation and repairs due to their failure to build the home correctly. This has created not only a financial burden but also serious concerns about the safety of my living environment. If you’re considering building or buying a home from Legend Homes, I urge you to do your research and think carefully. They do not appear to stand behind the quality of their work once you’ve closed on the home. I trusted this builder, and now I’m paying the price.

Be cautious and careful before deciding to to do business with this organization. They clearly forgot to install proper drainage on my rooftop and now, after only 4 years since I closed, the problem is becoming very apparent. I sent them two emails with photos of the issue worsening and all they do is use an automated reply, "Warranty Expired" and don't even bother to actually write back and offer recommendations and solutions.

I bought a home from legend homes Just about 2 years ago, there's been many problems With my home, I feel like my home was rushed to be made. And nobody really cared about what I wanted to get Fixed. To pay two hundred and fifty to maybe three hundred thousand dollars for a home As a first time home buyer I could say it wasn't my first great experience. There was many things wrong with the home and not a 100% of them were fixed. I got tired after putting in plenty of complaints. Even talk to certain people through email. From things not being installed right to miscellaneous things that needed to be fixed to actually be done the right way after the 1st 2nd and 3rd walk thru. The right way honestly I feel like selling my home and starting again Fresh in another neighborhood maybe a new one Maybe an old one, but this is definitely Not a good experience for my first time buying a home. The only great thing was Jordan the sales office agent

I was called for a year straight, to give a review on our home, I have waited until it was completed, and we are still not there, however i am hoping this TO DATE review will some how get us heard and a call back. We built a brand new home with Legends/Princeton Classic homes. A Princeton series. The follow is pretty typical if you talk to anyone who has purchased. We were pushed into closing, with a laundry list of items that needed fixing from the roof to the driveway and AC and tons of interior items, with the promise they would all be fixed. it is now 2 and a half years, and with all the warranty items put in, we still have a laundry list. From Jeff the PM, to Steven, the first warranty contact, to now Steve, the warranty manager. We still do not have a place that is completed we call "home". WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Try reaching this company. Tell me how may instant voicemails you receive. Zero calls back. My neighbors got lawyers involved and I guess that's the next step. Instead of a company that was already paid, to come fix issues they causes by poor management and choice of trades.
