If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT buy a home from this builder. We are second owners on a home less than three years old and the previous owners only lived here part time. The builder did not seal any of the windows, showers, or the fire place. The windows and garage doors are cheap quality. They couldn’t even put hardware on the cabinets straight. Drawers in the bathrooms are not aligned and wiring on the stovetop was wrong. They used the wrong brackets on some of the doors. Granite and stone work have sharp edges. Seams on the sheet rock are visible. The finish out is awful. Some doors are warped and had water damage that we are certain came from the builder that way and we’re just painted over. They advertise high end but are definitely budget quality. We will be letting our realtor know so they can warn future clients about this builder.
