Built a house with them. Cedric (foreman) was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service, good listener, answers all your questions, and adapts to his customers personality. In my opinion, the house was built well and even the inspector we hired was impressed. Austin was our salesman and he spent several hours with us when we first came out and showed us multiple different floor plans. He did not pressure us to buy or make us feel like we would miss out if we didn’t sign right away like one of the other builders we visited which we appreciated. I’d recommend hiring a realtor and an inspector (common practice) as well as reading all documentation and making sure you understand it fully. Also, living in a construction zone is a bit of an annoyance, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. If you haven’t lived in a new build before just do you research on it first. Neighborhood is nice and the gym is well kept.

Came during business hours to view model homes on a Saturday morning . I sat from 10-11 AM as the hours are listed Tues -Sat 10-6 PM. No one showed up or answered the phone. Signage and website showed open house. I suppose appointments are necessary for personnel to be present, that was NOT on the website
