Heritage Towne

We just bought our first home here at the Heritage Towne community. Brittney was an absolute joy to work with. She helped find us our first home and provided us so much knowledge on the home buying process. She was able to get my in contact with a phenomenal loan officer as well. Overall the heritage Towne community has been an absolute joy to live in so far. The community is so welcoming, quiet, and very respectful. The neighbors are so kind as well! Update: don’t buy a home here if there is still active construction on a next door property. They are building a home next to mine and have caused thousands of dollars in damages and the builder has not fixed a thing. Despite them saying “it’s fixed” They have trespassed on my property, damaged it, all to make a new home going on the market look perfect. I have construction crews attempt to enter my home, looked into my windows, taunt my dogs, and verbally harass me when I try to communicate with them. All in all the community is amazing. The selling team is phenomenal and they have my respect. But your relationship with the builder changes after the home is sold.

This is the 3rd new home I’ve had built and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Brittany made the experience seamless, even when I wanted to add 33 additional electrical outlets and a second TP holder to my bathroom. After we moved in Brittany and Mike have been great about checking in with us and ensuring everything is working properly in the house. We found our forever home at Heritage Towne.

I am a current homeowner. The builder is a small business and because it’s a small company, the homeowners are heard. Yes, they’ve hit some bumps along the road and had some growing pains but the current site project manager is GREAT. Things that have been done wrong are being fixed. The new project manager’s team ensures issues are addressed promptly. They are efficient, detail-oriented and respond quickly. The current homes that are being built are quality. The neighborhood is a tight-knit community. Everyone is kind; there are lots of young families and a good amount of diversity. It’s a great place to live and a beautiful place to raise a family.

The team at Heritage Towne has been awesome throughout our process in buying a home. From walking us through the process and resolving any issues that have come as we live here. Mike and Brittney are awesome to work with! Great location and awesome community to live in as we have community events and socials. Current homeowner— there are many issues with my home. Leaking roof, holes left in concrete, cracked grout, and 1 year and 1 month later, the items on our final walk through have still not been completed. Staff turnover is frequent which leads to items being dropped. If you are buying be aware that your items that are cosmetic are not a priority and can be addressed on the 11th month and you are stuck with them until then. More than likely, they will have a reason to delay. Take a look at the pictures of the grout overtime to show clear proof that items are not getting corrected in a timely manner. Once the home is complete and funded, your relationship with the builder changes. I would not recommend or purchase a home here. After posting this, I was addressed in person at my property about it and given a “talk” about how my post is impacting the property value of the neighborhood. Keep in mind I did try and resolve this before making a post. Items are still not corrected. The customer service of the company does need improvement. The repairs created more of an issue with clean up, paint chips, and wrong paint being used and never corrected. I know there are going to be bumps along the way of purchasing a home and it’s important to be mindful of that— I totally understand that.
