Worst builder in the area project manager/Superintendent could not read a plan you could tell he did not walk your home to make sure things were done correctly. Multiple problems in the home warranty department will not fix anything. DO NOT GO WITH GFO

Best home I've seen in a while and although they aren't cheap to build they are reasonably priced...probably my next home just depends on where they build as all builders always have a new subdivision coming soon.

This review is for the sales representative Cindy only, not quite hundred percent sure about the home quality yet. Cindy is professional and transparent during our buying process, she didn't hide things and just let us know what she can/can't do such about the incentives and pricing. Feel comfortable to work with her.
