We are in the process of having a single story Portico being built for us. I get to check out the progress at every step in the process. The construction is exceptional and passes stringent city inspections the first time every time. Construction manager, Ray, gives us constant updates and has responded quickly to every question we’ve had. Every person we’ve interacted with at ROC Homes has been fantastic. If you want a 55+ community, you need to check out Winfrey homes.
