Listen. Some of these reviews here are from people who have probably never built a home before. Unrealistic expectations are likely the culprit. Roger is not building 10 million dollar custom homes, he is building quality homes at fair prices in amazing neighborhoods. The amount of personal selections involved in an Edge build makes it feel almost like a fully-custom home. Furthermore, I have built three houses with three different builders in Lubbock, and the service after the sale with Edge has been beyond reproach. From Robby, to Erin, to Roger himself, Edge has gone above and beyond. Sparing the details, Roger has gone FAR beyond the obligations of the warranty to square away any and every minor issue we have encountered. HIGHLY recommend. My home is 2 years old and was built in Magnolia Estates, if you were curious.

Definitely not good builder. There are a lot of problems of the house we purchased. It takes very long time for them to respond our warranty request. We will not choose Edge again in the future.

I'm a property owner near one of their new developments. I needed some engineering data for water run off and they opened their doors to me with clear information and didn't act like I was trying to sue them. When a business runs itself so transparent and welcoming its clear that they are the people you should want to work with.
