I have only lived in this home for one year, and a brand-new house should not already be having roofing problems. Because of how new the home is, this situation appears to be more than normal maintenance — it may indicate an installation or workmanship issue. The only way to determine that is through a proper inspection. I am asking that your team schedule a visit to review the problem on-site and provide a solution. As a homeowner who has been in the property for just one year, I believe it is reasonable to expect assistance in ensuring the home was built correctly and safely.
