We started our new home build with Century Custom Homes during the latter part of 2019. A good portion of the build occurred in 2020, during the initial and most uncertain time of the covid 19 pandemic. Somehow we were able to stay on track with our timeline thanks to David and his subcontract team that was still willing to work. Dealing with David, his subcontractors, and his preferred vendors was overall easy and pleasant. The quality and timeliness of the work produced was precisely why we chose a custom builder. We selected Century Custom Homes as our custom home builder in North Texas after significant research, interviews, and visiting several homes in various stages of construction. David Andrew's experience stood out, as he's very easy to work with on all phases of the build. At the onset, the contract proposal was very simple.
