We chose Century Custom Homes because we wanted a tailored experience on our own lot, and they exceeded every expectation. Building on a private lot comes with its own set of unique challenges, but their custom expertise helped us navigate the design and site prep phases perfectly. What impressed us most, however, was their high integrity. They never cut corners; if a detail wasn't up to their high standards, they addressed it before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find a builder who treats your home with such personal pride and remains so transparent throughout the entire process. If you want a high-quality, honest partner for your custom build, I cannot recommend them enough.

We started our new home build with Century Custom Homes during the latter part of 2019. A good portion of the build occurred in 2020, during the initial and most uncertain time of the covid 19 pandemic. Somehow we were able to stay on track with our timeline thanks to David and his subcontract team that was still willing to work. Dealing with David, his subcontractors, and his preferred vendors was overall easy and pleasant. The quality and timeliness of the work produced was precisely why we chose a custom builder. After being in our home for over 1.5 years now it’s reassuring to know it has held up to the seasonal temperature and weather changes, despite some being quite extreme. I would highly recommend Century Custom Homes to anyone able and willing to embark upon the journey of building their dream home. They won’t be disappointed. We selected Century Custom Homes as our custom home builder in North Texas after significant research, interviews, and visiting several homes in various stages of construction. David Andrew's experience stood out, as he's very easy to work with on all phases of the build. At the onset, the contract proposal was very simple. He helped answer questions on the lot we chose, the house plans & build placement on the plot. He certainly helped us through the selection process as well, for every detail. He was always patient and receptive to any changes we wanted to make. We're very thankful for his expert advice, along with the great insight and feedback for various ideas we could implement into the type of design and style we were wanting to accomplish. The work crews are talented and detailed, and David keeps the project moving on schedule, all the way to move-in date. They built us a beautiful, 2972 sq ft house.
