Homeowner Reviews
Working with CB Jeni has been an absolute pleasure from a vendor’s perspective. The level of care they put into every home they build is clear the moment you step on site. Quality is never an afterthought, from materials to finishes to final details, everything is done with pride and intention. What truly sets them apart, though, is their efficiency. Communication is clear, timelines are respected, and every part of the process feels organized and thoughtful. As a vendor, that makes our job smoother and allows us to do our best work, which ultimately benefits the homeowner. It’s refreshing to partner with a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and mutual respect. We’re proud to work alongside a builder who genuinely cares about the homes they deliver and the people involved in building them.

Quality built home with very professional people from the Sales staff to the Construction Managers. They build up to the highest building codes in Texas and it shows hands down compared to other home builders. A Quality Product at a competitive price.

I’m beyond frustrated with the tile floors in my home. After just four years, they’re popping off like they were never properly installed in the first place. The tiles are buckling, cracking, and lifting all over—some have completely shattered, and parts of the floor are now downright dangerous to walk on. It’s clear that CB JENI Homes cut corners here, whether it was cheap materials, poor adhesive, or not prepping the subfloor correctly. This isn’t just one or two tiles; it’s a widespread, structural issue that shouldn’t happen in a home this new. I expected better quality for the price I paid, and instead, I’m left dealing with this mess. If you’re considering buying from CB JENI Homes, I’d think twice—this kind of workmanship is unacceptable.

Great quality home and design. The company is great to work with and is customer driven. Highly recommend considering a CB Jeni Home if you are in the market for what they offer.

I’ve had the same thing happened with my floors. I moved in in 2021 to the townhomes and then in 2022 my whole first floor had to be redone because of tiles cracking. Thankfully, they did cover the replacement of the repair. But then again in 2025 my tile started to crack again.
