We closed on our home in Star Farms on March and had a great experience with Homes by WestBay, especially thanks to Lane. He stepped in toward the end of our build after our original construction manager went on medical leave. Given how close this was to our closing date, we were initially concerned that the transition might create some challenges. However, Lane exceeded all expectations and turned what could’ve been a very stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. At our pre-close walkthrough, we were immediately impressed by his can-do attitude, professionalism, and deep knowledge. After closing, any time we reached out with a question or concern, Lane was incredibly responsive and proactive—always ensuring things were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Honestly, Lane has been a standout part of our overall experience with Homes by WestBay. He’s a real asset to the team, and we wanted to make sure his efforts don’t go unnoticed.

He would send us pictures and updates multiple times per week. Janet in the sales office was also great. She would respond to questions and help us with anything we needed, even after closing.
