She is so personable, sweet, and kind, and made the entire process enjoyable from start to (almost) finish(we close in a couple weeks! Sarah is incredibly responsive and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. She made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend Tabor Homes! Also, can’t forget about Frankie! He’s the one who got everything set up for us when we started designing our home online. Our sales rep Eric was absolutely amazing to work with start to finish! We found a home we loved about halfway through the building process and Eric worked quickly to get us in contract before our design selections had to be finalized. He texted us frequent updates through the rest of the build process and answered all of my many questions! As a first time home buyer, he truly helped us so much and made sure we were taken care of! We have been very informed on what has been going on every step of the way and I appreciate it greatly! We live across the street from one of Homes by Taber’s new builds and I really hope the construction crews can be more considerate of nearby residents. My tires are less than two months old and I have already had two punctures from nails or screws left in the street (this morning was an Alan wrench) . It is frustrating and costly to deal with something that could easily be prevented. I understand construction can get messy but proper cleanup and magnet sweeping around job sites should be a basic standard, especially when building in established neighborhoods. I was not going to mention it but since I am already taking the time to write this, your crews using the water from our home was also an issue without permission. I look forward to someone calling me to discuss how we can make this right and to explain how you plan to prevent this from happening to myself and others near your builds.
