Although not yet closed on our house. Chris has been outstanding throughout the entire buying process. He was always patient, extremely responsive, and made sure all of our questions were answered. I also want to recognize Oscar and Mike who were both very attentive and responsive to the details I noted during our new home visits. They took the time to address my concerns thoroughly and gave me confidence in the quality of our new home. Overall, we have being pleased with the service and care we received from Chris, Oscar, and Mike. Highly recommend working with this team!

We had an unusual experience while visiting the model home. Before coming in, I called ahead and was told by the person on the phone that we could walk in to visit the model home. However, upon arrival, a representative named Chris informed us that the model had previously been flooded and cleaned up, and repeatedly emphasized that visitors should not come without an appointment. He mentioned several times that he wouldn’t be able to provide a “great experience” without one. Unfortunately, the interaction felt passive-aggressive. Instead of a welcoming conversation, it turned into a lecture about budgeting and what fits into home buying. While he did provide information about incentives, when we asked for a map of the new phase, he said he did not have one and asked us to email if we were interested. Overall, the visit did not feel welcoming or customer-friendly. We have visited many model homes and have not had a similar experience elsewhere.
