This community has the potential to be amazing if not for the poor craftmanship and horrible customer service. The sales process is great but that is where it ends. We have built many homes and when we pointed out that studs 24" apart, and missing the concrete specs, and not having headers for the drywall to be attached to was below standard we were given nothing but excuses...even when we showed them the same exact house being built by a different crew down the street that had all of these items done. Nothing but excuses on why it was okay. Now that our less than a year old house has a crack down the middle of the living room, it has been the same run around. They repaired the crack except that you can see the repair...a one foot stripe down our ceiling that is a different texture and color. Again they are going to "fix" it except that they come at 7:45 am for our 8:00-12:00 window and when you rush over they are gone. We were told for 2 1/2 hours that they were on their way. Then when you send a text that you have to run to get a screwdriver and will be gone for 15 minutes, but the door is open and they can go in...they magically appear at the house and cannot go in without you there (never mentioned before or when you sent the text). You get there 2 minutes later because you were already headed back and they are gone. An hour later they need you to reschedule for another 8-12 window. Everything after you sign the dotted line is a hassle. Brohn's motto is you get what you get and you don't throw a fit!!

we LOVE our Brohn Home. Everything from start to finish was SPECTACULAR! Trent was great with my weekly updates and helped me so much by easing my anxieties! Erin was our builder and made sure to give us updates, and built a really beautiful home. Belinda was so thorough in our walkthrough and even marked spots that we missed. I really appreciate her attention to detail! At closing, the team really went above and beyond to make us feel special. Thank you, Lisa for a quick closing experience, and for relieving pressure in the days leading up to closing. Porscha was so amazing at closing and gave us the cutest closing gift and rolled out the red carpet treatment!b Sandra made our first warranty experience seamless. It really is our dream home and after actually living in our home for two months, we are still in love. Thank you to the entire Brohn team. ๐Ÿ–ค

We've been lucky Brohn homeowners for three years now and we can't even begin to express how much of a blessing it has been for our family. From the very beginning, they worked tirelessly to help us build our dream home. As first-time homeowners, we were honestly clueless about the process, but Brohn made sure to guide us every step of the way and made the whole experience seamless. Brohn home is a great builder, sales process was seamless with Brandon, construction team with Dustin paid attention to every detail, QA assurance with Angi was top notch and Customer experience with Porscha was awesome. I recommend Brohn homes 100%. Brohn could do better with not removing basic items in the home build that would end up warranting an upgrade though ๐Ÿ˜Š. Overall, Brohn is a great builder.

We are sharing our experience with Brohn Homes to help future buyers make informed decisions. Our purchase contract at Cross creek community at Cedar park was terminated on the day of closing after repeated issues, lack of acceptance of said issues and resolution of the same. Additionally, provoking buyer to terminate the contract by using words like "take it as is or terminate". Key concerns and learnings: 1) Design selections not honored: make sure you repeatedly read the contract because their design center people have fat finger issues and what you selected will be different to what's in the contract and they will NOT ACCEPT IT even if you have evidence. INSTEAD SAY, YOU SIGNED IT, THATS YOUR SIGN and make you accept it as your own fault!! well, lesson is make sure you know every color and it's designated code too. 2) Substandard workmanship: Uneven paint texture through out the house, incorrect grout color, and misaligned fixtures persisted even after multiple walkthroughs and assurances they would be corrected. 3) Pressure to close without resolution: the worst of all that led to the termination ON THE DAY OF CLOSING although we had the closing funds in our hands! We were asked to sign closing papers despite unresolved issues and were denied written confirmation that key items would be fixed post-closing. 4) Unprofessional management response: The area manager insisted we proceed to close without reviewing evidence or acknowledging errors, citing internal fiscal deadlines. When the same were not accepted by us, response from seller came across as being dismissive and unempathetic with use of sentence "take it as is or terminate" which eventually led to the termination. 5) Poor communication and accountability: Sales, design, and construction contacts were frequently unavailable or changed, forcing us to re-explain concerns repeatedly. Takeaway: Future buyers should get every commitment in writing before closing and not be pressured to sign the contract according to their timelines because when the time arrives, they pay no heed to your own concerns. Money sucking business that are unempathetic, unprofessional and are only concerned about their own books and records. Stay away and save yourselves from some really bad energies!
