I just want to take a moment to let everyone know how amazing the professional skill set that Mr Cooper B has with the warranty team at Betenbough. We've been in our new home for a short while and have had a few minor concerns come up that we had questions about. First of all whenever we have sent our requests to the warranty team we were answered within 24 hours and scheduled with Cooper ASAP. Upon arriving at our home Cooper was extremely diligent and understanding of our issues, never once did he seem irritated or dismissive twords us. I dont know how to convey how important that feeling is for new home owners. Not only is Cooper confident in his passion for his work but his professionalism as a person makes all the difference. My husband and I are truly grateful for Cooper and the whole warranty team, thank you Betenbough!

We recently needed some repairs on our new house by Cooper, including paint touch-ups, fixing the faucets in both showers, and replacing smoke detectors. He was great at communicating what needed to be done and always quick to find a solution. He showed up on time every day and got everything taken care of efficiently. We had some vinyl planks in the floor that were coming loose and I feared that it would be a terribly difficult fix, but I called the warranty team and they got us set up for an appointment the next morning. Cooper came and very calmly talked me through how we could fix the ones coming up easily and told me what to look for that might indicate any more complicated issues, which put my mind at ease.
