If your are looking for a quality and tastefully built house without breaking the bank, Ashton Woods is the answer. The process of buying a house is generally very exhaustive and daunting. But what's unique about Ashton Woods and their financing/loan company is that they will lay the facts on the table while earnestly/patiently working with you till you satisfactly qualify and close on the new home. I was extremely lucky to encounter Savannah, the sales manager and Dustin, the loan officer both of whom were very professional in making my new home dream come true. I recommend them any day. Imagine a builder periodically writing to check how you and your new home are fairing. That's a rare stamp of confidence in quality craftsmanship. Awesome!
