Homeowner Reviews
I’ve owned my house since 2017. Started to see water spot along the wall in the front bedroom within a few months after a heavy rain. They came out to fix it twice. It still isn’t fixed. I’m noticing the same problem again and was told that I have to file a claim on my homeowner’s insurance even though I was able to provide proof that they’ve worked on it and it wasn’t fixed. Also, hairline cracks are forming on the tile in the front bathroom and kitchen and ceilings even though I water the yard. Electrical issues with the dishwasher and kitchen lights. Water in bathrooms have to run a whole minute before it gets hot, even in summer. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are fading horribly. I love my house, but would not recommend this builder as the work and quality of materials used is subpar.

Bought brand new home. From beginning could sit on couch and see gap under front door, builder wouldn't fix.. After 2 years garage showed hairline crack across entire floor. (Was told it's normal just house settling) After 3 years fence started falling over, home alarm started acting up not finding senors. After 4 years had nail pops showing from ceiling in several places. Got worse with age.. ( told it's normal too) About 5 years ac went out ( idk if that's normal timing or from use) I traveled alot was not home much I'm sure I'm still missing more negative stuff. Was a ok home, just sold it but wont buy from this builder again. Warranty they give run around.

Nice houses and they stick to their word. That warranty that comes with the house is good, they will work on it and repair anything that comes up wrong. I loved my house, my husband not so much but I'm happy with my purchase.
